bv888 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a bv888 account:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the bv888 Cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bv888 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

• Deposits that cannot be verified or that are suspected to originate from unlawful sources will be frozen pending investigation and may be returned to the originating payment method.

All PKR balances on the bv888 platform are held in segregated accounts maintained separately from bv888's operational funds, in accordance with the requirements of bv888's international gaming licence.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money balances from their bv888 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the player's own name and previously used to make a deposit, except where bv888 explicitly authorises an alternative method in writing.

• Any bet placed after the official start of an event, where bv888's systems failed to register the event as live, may be voided at bv888's discretion.
• Winnings from successfully settled bets will be credited to your bv888 PKR balance promptly following official result confirmation.

• bv888's liability for any game malfunction shall be limited to a refund of the stake placed in the affected game round.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bv888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by bv888's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv888 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and bv888, we encourage you to contact our 24/7 support team in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly. bv888 takes all player complaints seriously and aims to resolve disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.
